Shipping policy

At Surprise Giggles, we are committed to getting your themed party packs and custom creations to you with care. Because many of our items are handmade or 3D-printed to order, please review our timelines below.

1. Production & Handling Times

We value quality and curation, different items have different "make" times before they are posted:

  • Standard Items: Orders containing only our pre-packed, ready-to-ship themed party bags are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Personalized & Made-to-Order Items: To ensure each custom piece is crafted with care, items that are personalized or made-to-order (This includes all 3D-printed designs and personalized gifts) require a production handling time of 10–15 business days (2–3 weeks) before dispatch.

Note: If your order contains a mix of standard and personalized items, the longer handling time applies to the entire shipment.

  • Peak Seasons: Please allow extra time during busy periods such as school holidays or festive seasons, as postal delays may occur.

2. Shipping Rates (Within Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using leading and reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives efficiently. To keep things simple, we offer two flat-rate tracked shipping options based on the items in your cart.:

  • Small Gift Rate – $12.00: Applies to small, lightweight items such as individual keychains, cake toppers, bookmarks etc.

  • Standard Party Rate – $14.99: Applies to all Giggle Packs (Party Bags), larger 3D-printed items, or combined orders.

  • Please note that delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer and could incur additional costs.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and can be subject to unforeseen delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available near Truganina, Victoria.

  • Select "Click & Collect" at checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
  • Pickups are by appointment only once you receive your confirmation.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track the progress of your order online using the provided tracking number.
  • Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed at a Post Office/depot, a re-shipping fee will apply to resend the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Potential Delays

While we strive to meet our 2–3 week delivery timeline, but please note delays can occur due to:

  • Peak seasons (holidays, school breaks)
  • Courier or postal service interruptions
  • Weather or unforeseen events

If a significant delay is expected, we’ll notify you by email. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to discuss express options.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • While we take every care in packaging your order, sometimes issues can occur during transit.
  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at queries@surprisegiggles.com.au with your order number and relevant details/photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
