Is your playdough safe for kids?
Yes! Our handmade playdough is made with edible, food-grade ingredients, making it non-toxic and safe for little hands. While it’s not meant for eating, it's gentle and worry-free for kids.
Can I request a custom party bag?
Absolutely! We love making things extra special. Just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What brand of lollies do you include in the party bags?
We use Cadbury Party Mix, a trusted Australian-made favourite. Each 50g pack comes machine-sealed for freshness and includes nutritional information on the back.
Can I exclude certain items (like lollies) due to allergies or preferences?
Yes, we can customize bags for allergies or dietary preferences. Let us know your requirements when you place the order.
Can I add a name tag or thank you card to each bag?
Yes! We offer optional name tags or thank you cards, which can be personalized to match your theme.
Personalised Gifts
Personalisation is available on selected items only. You can find all personalised products in our Personalised Gifts collection. For these items, simply add your name or message in the cart “Notes” box during checkout.
Do you sell any items individually?
Yes, we do! Some of our most loved items like handmade playdough jars, themed clay cutters, colouring books, and accessories are available to purchase individually. These are great for party fillers, gifts, or creative play at home. Check our product listings or reach out for availability.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes! All our bags are reusable, and we avoid plastic where possible. We’re always working to make our products even more sustainable and kid-friendly.
How are the bags packaged?
Our Mega and Classic party bag comes neatly packed in a reusable cotton drawstring bag, ready to hand out at your event with no extra work needed.
How early should I place my order?
We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization if needed.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at queries@surprisegiggles.com.au with photos of the damage and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?
- Small Items (Keychains/Toppers): $12.00 flat rate
- Standard Packs (Party Packs): $14.99 flat rate
- Local Pickup (Truganina): FREE
How long does delivery take?
Because every gift is custom-made with love, our current turnaround is 10–15 business days for production, plus standard shipping (3–7 days).
Most families receive their giggles within 2–3 weeks from the date of order. We’ll send you a tracking number the moment your package is ready to ship!"
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available from Truganina, Victoria. Please select Click & Collect at checkout
When your order is prepared, we will notify you by email and coordinate a convenient time for pick up.
Can delivery take longer than the estimated 2–3 weeks?
We are dedicated to meeting the 2–3 week delivery timeline, but please be aware that circumstances outside of our control can cause delays.
